AP credits are accepted for one semester of English.  If this is the case you can substitue one semester of literature, history or philosophy.  GL

Did anyone who was accepted use AP credits for the one semester English requirement? On all of the sites I see they require just a semester of English. I passed two AP exams which comped me out of any classes at my university, and I know almost every medical school I can think of allows for AP credits, so I would assume it is the same for AA programs? I am going to ask but just wondered if someone knew already

Nova actually requires just one semester of o-chem. 2nd semester is recommended though.

Scared me there for a sec. LOL

It was nine years ago that I got accepted at Emory, not nine years since the prereqs.  Just thought I would clarify.

Well I'm not sure about the current situation, but I know that I took several of my prereqs. at a cc.  That was around nine years ago.

Does the university look at any of the pre-req classes needed to get in that were completed at a community college as lesser than that of a university?  Or are they the same?
